Solution
We developed an AI-driven operations platform that unified workforce planning, predictive scheduling, and site performance monitoring. Through in-depth UX research and system mapping, we identified inefficiencies in the existing process and designed a scalable interface enabling managers to forecast demand, automate task allocation, and monitor outcomes in real time.
Results
The redesigned system reduced scheduling errors by 72% and improved operational efficiency by 38%.
