We designed an AI-enhanced platform that digitises and simplifies the entire home options experience. Using UX research, journey mapping, and interactive prototypes, we reimagined how customers explore, select, and finalise upgrades — while giving sales teams a unified admin view to track decisions, pricing, and progress in real-time.
